fnWEB , a comprehensive online financial and investment information portal, is a wholly owned
subsidiary of PointAsia Dot Com (Thailand) Limited. Majority owned by the Loxley Group, one of Thailand’s largest conglomerates, PointAsia’s other investment partners are Singtel, Citicorp Capital, and Zesiger Fund.

      Registered in December of 1999, PointAsia has it's origin dating back to April 1996 when the Communications Authority of Thailand (CAT) granted an Internet Service Provider (ISP) license to a joint venture company between CAT and Loxley Public Company called Loxley Information Services Co. Ltd. or "LoxInfo".

      The company later grew to become the Thailand’s leading internet service provider (ISP) with a vast nationwide network and a complete offering of products and services. In order to efficiently address the explosive growth of the Internet and related e-business opportunities in Thailand, PointAsia was set up to become an integrated internet business company.

      PointAsia's current portfolio consists of LoxInfo Services, the ISP, NetOne Network Solutions, a systems integration company, Loxley Information, a web hosting and co-location company, Diamond Link Communications Co. Ltd., a marketing company, and a variety of e-commerce related activities together in conjunction with an expanding list of joint venture companies.
